From the Editor This web site was created in response to dramatic gasoline price increases in the spring of 2008.I recognized the need for solid information on gas saving devices. I chose to target gas saving devices that are less known about, and virtually only available online. I also focused on certain applications due to their low cost. I wanted to make a difference to those people that could barely afford to even put gas in their tanks to make ends meet. There are numerous gas saver applications available, but most of them come with a high price tag. It was my intention with this web site to provide information to the little guy. Having a solid backround myself, of knowing what works and what does not with gas saving products, I chose to publish this website. I have worked with qualified Mechanics in the field of gas saving devices including for diesel. My own experiences and the input of many other experts of the field qualifies the information that I have disclosed here. The information that has been published here is the result of actual testing of many different gas saving products. The mechanics involved in these tests do not want to be mentioned. They also did refuse to be "hands on" with certain installations of products, due to their professionalism. Some of these are outside the rhelm of what they will allow themselves to perform on a vehicle. It is outside of their training. On these particular projects, they played the role of good, quality, sounding boards.
