USE WATER FOR GAS AND
SAVE !!
Is that true? Can a vehicle using a" water for gas" system really increase your gas mileage? "Yes" using water4gas in your car could save you a lot of money on gasoline in the long run...And on Diesel too!...
I tell you that because I have tested a few water gas systems and have achieved a 62% gas mileage improvement using a do it yourself Water4 gas installation. I achieved all of this referring to the water4gas.com manuals.
I also was involved in another installation which achieved an initial 30% gas mileage improvement. Is it as easy and/or cheap to do it as they say? The answer to that is "no."
Any application on any vehicle 1987 and newer will take you more time and effort in order to maintain gas mileage increases. But with vehicles 1986 and older on the other hand, it can be a very basic, simple application.
This is a review of the Water4gas.com do it yourself information books. Keep reading and I will explain the statements in the above paragraphs.

First: What is Water4gas?
Water4gas is a set of two manuals or informational books that show you how you can build and install a Hydrogen on demand system in your vehicle. The benefit of this concerning gas savings, is in the Hydrogen (or HHO GAS which is produced from water.) Hydrogen added to your fuel mixture will increase your gas burning efficiency. Those are not just words, but a solid proven fact.
What you can expect to achieve applying the water4gas information is: - Better fuel efficiency. (Better gas mileage)
- Cooler burning engine.
- Cleaner burning engine. It will also promote removal of the carbon deposits in your engine. This reasonably should cause your engine to last longer.
- Substantially reduced engine emissions.
In the long run it is a system that will save you money and will pay for itself and also will help to improve the environment.
Water4gas also provides Tech support with questions arising that you might have with the installation and/or even the maintaining of your system. You simply contact them by email or even by phone. They are there to help...
Let`s stop and talk about Hydrogen a little.
Here is a brief explanation on how adding Hydrogen to your fuel mixture can increase your gas mileage.
No. 1: Hydrogen burns faster than the gas or diesel that is in your vehicle.
Why is that important?
You need to get your gas to burn faster. This is what will increase your gas mileage.
Because right now ...your vehicle burns your gas at an average of 13 - 25% efficiency. It doesn`t burn fast enough to do better than that in the short time it has to do it... in your present system... That`s where Hydrogen comes in to play!
Diesel engines have a much better fuel burning efficiency averaging around 55%. ...Diesel engines are a much better design for achieving gas burning efficiency... Diesels however can also benefit from water4gas, with increases in gas mileage averaging around 20%.
5-10% Hydrogen in the fuel/air mixture in your engine will cause the whole mixture to burn as fast as hydrogen alone by itself would....You could actually use vegetable oil instead of gasoline and achieve the same burn speed. You wouldn`t get the same power but the burn speed would be as fast as Hydrogen burning all by itself.
Hydrogen is weird in that way. It kind of, "takes over" burnable substances and makes them burn just as hydrogen would by itself. Which is fast... (see my article on Hydrogen and HHO Gas)
Back to the water4gas review:
First of all I must tell you that I like the Water4Gas manuals ...The bottom line is to achieve gas savings... With the Water4gas books you have all the information you need to combat the bad gas gussling tendencies of your vehicle, in most cases.
 Building a Hydrogen on demand system and installing it on your vehicle is a fairly simple and inexpensive process. BUT... getting and maintaining the the gas saving benefits of adding Hydrogen to your gas/air mix is another story...
Why?...
Because the Computer (ECM or ECU) in your vehicle will fight against the gas saving benefits of this system. Explained simply, ...Your ECM will detect too much Oxygen in the tail pipe of your exhaust system and then will give a command to send more gas to the engine, thus nullifying your gas savings...
This is a battle that must be fought, and must be won. Otherwise you will not save gas.
...The ECU in your vehicle must be fooled into letting you receive and maintain your gas savings...
In order to win this war, you will need to monitor your MPG. That way if needed, you will know to make adjustments to your  system ...You have to know what is working and what is not... All vehicles are built differently, and what works for some, doesn`t always work for others.
There`s 2 ways of monitoring your applications.
No.1--Do a whole bunch of MPG driving tests... The only practical way of doing this in my estimation, is if you have a job in which you drive a lot and have to fill up the gas tank often. I used to have a job like that and I know that it is a good way to accurately measure your gas mileage... Consistent driving gives consistent results. If that`s not the case, you need to go out and do a whole bunch of drive tests. That`s a big waste of time and money. That`s simply not a practical solution.
No.2--Is that you use a tool called Scan gauge-ll $169. to $175... This device let`s you monitor your gas mileage in real time. Without this device, it is almost always a losing war against your ECU... Your ECU is very temperamental. You need to monitor it often in the beginning, in order to find that happy medium in your system that will allow you to reap the gas saving benefits you are trying to achieve.
Important Note: A Scan gauge-ll can be used on any vehicle 1996 and newer. It can also be used on many 1994 and 1995 vehicles but not all of them.(Your Auto parts store can tell you what`s applicable) With any vehicle 1993 or older, a Scan gauge-ll is useless and cannot be used. That`s not a problem though, the need to monitor those vehicles is not as pressing. Water4gas has simpler solutions for these older vehicles.
Many people purchase these Water4gas books thinking that this is a simple application and that after the system is installed that they will achieve huge gas saving results.
Well I`m here to tell you, that`s not the case...
Yes,it is easy to build and install a hydrogen on demand system. And it doesn`t cost a lot of money. ...It will however take you a bit more time and effort to obtain the parts and do the assembly than they lead you to believe... (If you are organized, it will take you 1 to 2 days to assemble and install once you have all the parts) You could however purchase pre-made kits. If you did that the installation should only be a half to a full day depending on your know how.
But, also...
...You are going to have to monitor your MPG... and on top of that, possibly buy even more parts ... Such as an Electronic Fuel Injector Enhancer(EFIE,) $65. and you may need 2 of those. --Then you will probably need-- A Map Sensor Enhancer, you could build your own pretty easily for $10. or buy one for $35.
Do you get the picture? ...It takes longer than said, and it will cost you more money than what is said in order for you to get you your gas savings...
--But even with all that I have just pointed out to you...
It truly is the least expensive way, that I have found, to get a functional "Gas Saving" water for gas system on your vehicle. ...All other ways will cost you more...
Water4gas is a very good set of books. With them you get the experience of much trial and error. They have done many different applications on many different vehicles. So they are prepared in most instances to give you much help or advice, via their tech support or even in the books themselves.
Water4gas is definitely the leader of the pack when it comes to "do it yourself" information about this technology, and what is being found out about it is growing every day. And that updated information is passed down to you through their periodic updates.
